Certification
Each Alma’s producers has European Certification to guarantee high quality product rate, food
safety and traceable products.
IFS FOOD
IFS Food is a standard GFSI (Global Food Safety Ini6a6ve) for the auditing of companies that
process food or companies that pack loose food products. IFS Food is only applied where the
product is “processed or handled”, or if there is a danger of product contamination during the
primary packaging.
GRASP
GRASP is a standard to assess social practices on the farm. GRASP enhances the GLOBALG.A.P.
certification covering workers’ health, safety and welfare.
ORGANIC CERTIFICATION
The organic certification is aimed to ensure the minimization of external inputs, preserving the
natural fertility of the soil and making the most of the mechanisms and natural balances.
